Questions, answered
What it reads, what it keeps, and when you can get it
What does Triplogue do?
It reads your booking confirmations and puts every flight, stay, reservation and ticket into one timeline, by day. The code, pass or address you need is one tap away.
Which email and sites does it work with?
Gmail. It finds confirmations from Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Klook, Resy, OpenTable and dozens of airlines, trains and car rentals. You can also share a PDF or a screenshot, or paste a confirmation.
Is my data safe?
Your bookings, codes and tickets are stored on your phone, encrypted with a key kept in your phone’s secure storage. Gmail, PDFs and screenshots are read on the phone, and your email never goes to a server. A trip you share syncs only to the people you invite. The details are in the privacy policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Your timeline, boarding passes and tickets live on your phone, so they open with no signal.
How do check-in reminders work?
Turn them on once and your phone reminds you 24 hours before each flight. The Check in button opens the airline’s own check-in page.
Can I share a trip?
Yes. Invite the people you’re traveling with and everyone sees the same itinerary, the board of pins and the updates. A shared trip syncs to the people on it; boarding passes stay with their owner.
Does it keep past trips?
Yes. Past trips stay in History, by year, with where you went, how many nights, and who came along.
What if a booking is missing?
Share its PDF or a screenshot to Triplogue, or paste the confirmation. New bookings wait on a review screen before they join your trip, and a night with no stay booked is flagged.
When can I get it?
